Fire door survey reports often identify issues with gaps, closers, seals, hinges, signage, locks, glazing or general condition. FDS can review suitable reports and price practical remedial works where the required action is clear and within FDS capability.
Where the issue is hidden, structural, requires opening-up, involves concealed fire stopping or indicates a replacement doorset may be needed, FDS will quote separately or advise on next steps.
