A standard visual survey, also known as a non-intrusive survey, records visible condition without opening-up, removing architraves or inspecting concealed areas.
Intrusive investigation
Intrusive works may include opening-up, removing architraves, checking concealed areas, inspecting frame/wall gaps or investigating hidden fire stopping. This requires a separate quote.
