FDS gives online prices for straightforward surveys up to 50 doors, with larger or complex work quoted separately.

Online pricing works best when the survey is a standard visual survey, all doors are in one building, there are no more than 5 floors, and doors can be accessed without delay on one visit. This keeps the scope clear for the customer and for FDS.
The online price shows ex VAT, VAT and total inc VAT before payment. Stripe Checkout is used only for straightforward 1 to 50 door surveys where the assumptions are accepted.
What changes the price?
Access
Resident liaison, waiting time, keys, locked doors, return visits or difficult access need manual review.
Building complexity
Multiple buildings, more than 5 floors, intrusive investigation, remedial works or replacement parts are quoted separately.
